The Dengue Challenge in India

The availability of a dengue vaccine is undoubtedly a major achievement, but realizing its potential requires political will, adequate funding, scientific rigor, and community engagement. Pilot programs in high-burden areas could provide valuable data to refine national strategies before wider rollout.
